No. If you were a Coopers Club member who used the website to make purchases, we've already brought your account across. Just log in using your existing email address.

No, we've moved away from passwords entirely. When you log in you'll receive a verification code, sent to your inbox if you're signing in with your email address, or via text message if you're signing in with Shop Pay. Once you enter the code you'll be logged in. No password to remember, no risk of forgetting it.

You now have 2 ways to login - with your email or with your 'Shop' account if you have one. While logging in the first time will look a little different, our  step-by-step guides below will have you logged in without missing a beat.

1. On the Home Page Click on the Account Icon  in the top Right corner
2. You'll be taken to a Login Page
3. Click Sign Into Account and select one of the options below:

SIGN IN WITH EMAIL ADDRESS and VERIFICATION CODE

1. Click 'More Sign In Options'
2. Enter your Coopers Club email address
3. If you do not have an existing Shop Pay account, click the blue button to be sent a  verification code
4. If you have an existing Shop Pay account, after entering your email address click ‘Use email instead’ to be sent a verification code
5. Check your inbox for the one-time verification code
6. Enter the code on the website and you'll be logged in automatically, and redirected to your order history page.  You will remain logged in to your account.

You no longer need a password to login to your Coopers Club account. Each time you log out of the site and back in again you’ll be sent a new verification code

If the email address you use for Coopers Club is linked to a Shop Pay account, you'll be given the option to switch to Shop Pay, this is optional and you can continue to login with email using the steps above.

SIGN IN USING A SHOP PAY ACCOUNT

Follow these steps if you have an existing Shop Pay account or want to create one to use with your Coopers Club account and across other websites.

1. Select the Shop Pay option
2. To use an existing Shop Pay account - enter the email you use with Shop Pay and click continue. You'll receive a verification code via SMS or the Shop App
3. To create a NEW Shop Pay account - enter your email address and click continue.  You'll receive a verification code in your email
4. Enter the code on the website and you'll be logged in automatically, and redirected to your order history page.  You will remain logged in to your account.
5. If you do log out, Shop Pay will automatically verify your account each time you log back in.

Yes, the Community Forum is still there. However, your forum password is no longer linked to your Coopers Club membership, so you'll need to set a new one the first time you log in. Follow these steps to reset your forum password:

1. Click Sign in on the Community Forum.
2. Select the Forgot your password link.
3. Enter your email address, a reset link will be sent to your inbox.
4. Open the email and click Reset password. (Note: the link is valid for 1 hour only.)
5. Enter your new password in both fields, making sure they match. Your password must be a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and must be rated Strong or higher.
6. Click Save, then sign in.
