Thomas Coopers Light Malt Extract is a premium 100% malted barley extract for brews where a lighter colour and balanced malt character are preferred. Use it as an adjunct to build body and malt flavour, or as a base when creating your own home brewing recipes.
Made from Australian 2-row barley malted at Coopers' on-site Maltings Plant, it is produced using a low temperature evaporation method to maximise natural malt flavour and colour while avoiding caramelised flavours.
