Thomas Cooper's brewing legacy has been passed down through generations of the Cooper family for more than 165 years. While not every family secret can be shared, we're glad this one made the cut.

This Family Secret Amber Ale brewing extract pours a rich deep copper colour with a biscuity malt palate, toffee caramel sweetness and a gentle nutty finish, balanced by subtle citrus hop notes. Mid-bodied and full of flavour, it's a rewarding ale that proves some secrets really are worth sharing.

A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
