Thomas Coopers 86 Days Pilsner (1.7kg)
In 1852, Thomas Cooper and his family sailed from England to Australia in search of a new life. The voyage seemed like an eternity, but they finally reached the sunny shores of Adelaide on the 24th of August - 86 days later.
This Pilsner brewing extract commemorates that remarkable journey with subtle malt sweetness, delicate herbal hop notes and a rich frothy head. Crisp, clean and exceptionally refreshing, it is the kind of beer that proves simplicity can be every bit as rewarding as complexity. Thankfully, it will take you a lot less than 86 days to brew it.
A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
