Thomas Coopers Golden Crown Lager (1.7kg)
In 1968, Coopers brewed its first ever lager under the name Gold Crown. A delicate Dortmunder-style beer, it was an overwhelming success and marked the beginning of a new chapter for the brewery.
This golden lager extract is made in the tradition of Maxwell Cooper's original recipe. Deep golden in colour with a firm malty body, it delivers refreshing bitterness and a lingering fruity aroma, crowned with a tight compact head. Crisp, balanced and full of classic lager character, it's a beer that still feels worthy of its crown.
A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
