Thomas Coopers Bootmaker Pale Ale (1.7kg)
Before becoming a brewer, Thomas Cooper earned his living as a bootmaker in the village of Kensington, just outside Adelaide. It was not long before a different path led him into the brewing trade and the beginning of a remarkable legacy.
Inspired by that journey, this American Pale Ale extract combines crisp malt flavour with bright citrus and pine hop aromas. Its refreshing bitterness, pale golden colour and thick creamy head create a beer that is lively, flavourful and ready for whatever lies ahead. Would Thomas approve? You can bet your boots.
