Thomas Coopers Innkeeper's Daughter Sparkling Ale (1.7kg)
Thomas Cooper's first wife, Ann, was an innkeeper's daughter and knew a thing or two about brewing. When Ann became ill, Thomas used her family recipe as a tonic, a brew that would later inspire the world-famous Coopers Sparkling Ale.
Made in the tradition of the commercial brew, this Sparkling Ale extract pours deep golden amber with a strong creamy head. It delivers a full malt-driven palate, distinctive fruitiness, banana esters, generous hop character and a clean bitter finish. A bold, classic Sparkling Ale with a story every bit as memorable as the beer itself. The perfect tonic for what Ales you.
A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
